Remote Sales Representative (Commission Based)

Casperflow is a rapidly growing software company based in the US employing AI and automation software to help contractors and other local service based businesses to quickly grow and outcompete in the market.

We’re looking for a few confident individuals who are comfortable on the phone and want to earn commission-based income booking appointments.

You’ll be working in a lean setup with direct support from the founders, and we’ll give you everything you need to succeed and grow with our company.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be calling US contractors, pitching Casperflow's services, and booking them into appointments.

We provide:

• Leads

• Call scripts

• CRM & dialer

• Full training and support from experienced professionals

Your only goal is to book appointments.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent English (clear / neutral accent)

• Comfortable chatting with US business owners

• Able to work within US (EST) time zones

• Reliable, coachable, and motivated

• Comfortable using CRM and dialing software 

• Must have previous sales & cold calling experience
